Question: if dental office under furlough, does employer still responsible to pay PTO? Thanks

Hi Andrew,

Another question if you do not mind.

If our office employees are on furlough, but myself and my wife ( both dentists) still working in the office and take care emergency patients, can we still pay us, can PPP loan cover the payroll for ourself ? We do not have money to make the payroll even ourself, only take out loan from our work capital loan line of credit.

What if we are applying unemployment as the same as other employees? Should we stop the unemployment claims?
